    Negative costs

    Dear sir,with my regards,asking you kindly to help me by a way to transfer all the (negative cells) from the main scheduale to summary one as mentioned in attached file.

    Hi,

    There are several options. Filtering, VBA macro, but probably the simplest is just to sort the original data, (or if preferred a direct copy of it) using column J ascending.

    Add Fata -> Filter into first row
    (delete empty 4th row because it won't work)

    Then you can easily sort, filter etc

    Like here:

    Dear sir,with my thanks,i want a schaduale containing all the negative costs to print them and doing my best for,not to filter data .
    I need ( if is it possible) a formulas in summary scheduale for this purpose , i have about 5000 rows with data.

    You can filter them out and then print. you won't see positive values and you can print easily.

    Click arrow -> Number filters -> Less than -> 0

    You only need to extend VLOOKUP range as you have more data from $A$4:$J$22 to for example $A$4:$J$1000

    Also, instead of counting in first row this could aslo work:

    =IF(I4<0;MAX($A$3:A3)+1;0)
