Using Text to Columns on multiple but separate cells

I have a spreadsheet with company contact info:
Co name
Street Address
City, State, Zip

Is there a way to separate them all at once? Another point is that some city names are two or three words, for instance:

Berkeley
San Francisco
San Luis Obispo
