    Freezing Rows

Is it possible to freeze more than one row? I have tried merging them but that seems to mess things up.

    Re: Freezing Rows

Take a look at the Excel Help to understand how Freeze Panes works.

In short, it "anchors" the freeze point at the upper left corner of the active cell. So if you are in cell C20 and apply Freeze Panes, all rows above row 20 and to the left of column C will remain in view, every row and column to the right of the freeze point will be hidden or shown as you scroll.

    Re: Freezing Rows

If you mean freezing several contiguous rows from the top down, then zbors solution works and it may be a good idea to take Palmetto's solution as well.

I do not think it is possible to freeze mutiple non contiguous rows ex. 3 & 7 &14.

    Re: Freezing Rows

OK Great, I see what I was doing wrong, I should have unfroze the top row first and then froze from the lowest point up. Thanks for the help. What would a person do without forums such as this?
