    #NUM! error on MOD function

    Hello Dears

May be somebody could tell me why I'got this error

    function is =MOD(1000000000;2)
    result is #NUM!

seem that MOD function does not accept numbers >= 1.000.000.000

    Why ?
1.000.000.000 at least is not such a big number

If you can help I would appreciate

    Thank you !

Re: #NUM! error on MOD function

    Hi,

This is a known issue use this instead:

    =1000000000-(INT(1000000000/2)*2)

    =number-(INT(number/divisor)*divisor)
