IF testing for match with range of values.

Hello,

I am trying to test for a match, IF ture return "Yes" IF not "No"

I need to test if the value in one cell matches a value in a range of cells.

I tried this but it does not work. =IF($F3=IncidentWS!$F2:$F22,"Yes","No")
