How to delete the extra columns you don't need?

I need to make a worksheet---I only need to use A-N and about down to line 20----How do I delete the rest of the columns?

Well, you can't actually delete them from the sheet - what you can do, however, is to HIDE them. Click on the column identifying letter for column O to highlight that complete column, then hold down the <shift> key and press <end> once followed by <right-arrow> and then release <shift>. This will have highlighted all the columns from O to the right of the sheet. Then right-click on the highlighted area and just click Hide. You can do a similar thing for the rows, starting with row 21.

    Hope this helps.

    Welcome to the Forum!

You can't delete them but you can hide them. Select column O by clicking on the "O" at the top of the column. Click CTRL-SHIFT and the right arrow key at the same time. Then Format, Hide & Unhide, Hide Columns. For rows click on row 21, then CTRL-SHIFT-down arrow and hide rows.
