    Re: Adding a blank row after duplicates

    Okay, I tried to attach my document but I'm not having any luck with that so: I will try to type it out and see if that helps. If not maybe you can help me attch it.

    Example(Before):

    I have rows that have multiple cells with data in them. Some of those cells in those rows contain duplicates. I need to seperate all of those duplictes with an entire blank row.

    Duplicate
    Duplicate
    Duplicate
    Different
    Different
    Different
    Duplicate
    Different
    Duplicate
    Different
    Different

    Example(After):

    This is what I need excel to do. I'm not sure if there is a way to do this though.

    Duplicate
    Duplicate
    Duplicate

    Different
    Different
    Different

    Duplicate

    Different

    Duplicate

    Different
    Different

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you.

    Re: Adding a blank row after duplicates

    I do have an example, but I cannot seem to attach it. Any help with that would be good.

    "Duplicate" and "Different" are in COLUMN D. Now the other column's in the row contain data as well, they are just not duplicates. Only COLUMN D would contain duplicates throughout the whole entire spread sheet. What I am trying to do is seperate those duplicates. Meaning that, say ROWS 5 through 12 contain identical or "Duplicate" information in COLUMN D. I would like to seperate ROW 4 and 5 with a BLANK row or EMPTY row. As well as with ROW 12 and Row 13.

    Does that make sense? I'm sorry. I'm trying to explain as good as I can. Hopefully you can help me attach a document and then it'll all come together.

    Thank you for all your help!!!
