Cool Show relevant details from another sheet

I want to extract relavant Quote details from my Part Detail sheet and display it on my quote.
I want to automatically shrink or expand the Item list on the quote to suit the number of parts quoted on the other sheet.
Sometimes I have 4 items on the main qoute page and need to clear the other cells to make the formulas work and I also need to cut and paste new rows and copy all the formula down when I have more than 20 items to quote on.
What can I do to simplify my quoting spead sheet.

I have attached a sample file.

    Thanks for your time.

    See attached for a suggestion.

I've added a blank row beneath the quotation table, then inserted a lot more rows and copied the formula down.

I've changed the subtotal formula to

    =SUMPRODUCT(B16:B74*K16:K74)

Then I've selected the first column of the table, starting in B15 down to B74 and clicked the Filter command on the Data ribbon. Now there's a filter dropdown on that column header. Before printing the quote, select the dropdown arrow, then untick the 0 and the quote will collapse to show just the rows where the quantity is not zero.

After printing, you can click the filter icon and show all rows again.

If you think you will need more rows in the table, just insert more rows and copy the formulas down again to the last row.

    cheers
