    Excel 2010 Graphing Question

I have created an Excel 2010 graph summarizing information by week. The problem is I add data to the end of the table, that is used to create the graph, each week with new information. Is there a way where I don't have to redefine the data range (and hence the graph) each week but still have the graph updated automatically when I add another week of information on Mon/Tues? If I extend the data range into the future (where there is no data yet) the graph shows all zero's. Any help would be appreciated, thanks ahead of time.

    Re: Excel 2010 Graphing Question

    Hello Highcap,

You may want to spend some time on dynamic charts that are fed by dynamic ranges that grow with the data. This is not unique to Excel 2010, but applies to earlier versions as well. Some excellent learning can be had from Jon Peltier's site www.peltiertech.com

    In particular, check out http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/...umnChart1.html

I'm sure you'll find what you need there. If you get stuck, pipe up.

    cheers, teylyn
