    Setting row color

    Using Excel 2007
How do I have every other row set to a differnent color to make it easy to print and proof read?

    eg:
    all even rows light grey.
All odd rows no color or white.

    Hi,

Since you are using Excel 2007 you can select the range and use 'Format as Table' from the ribbon bar, and select one of the pyjama stripe styles on offer.
