    Ranking Top 3

    can someone please help me about the formula for ranking only the top 3 from the total scores.. There 8 team in the list but i only want to show the top in the ranking list.. Thanks..

    thanks for that. But can you please edit the worksheet that i attached by putting the necessary formulas so that it will automatically tally the total scores and rank the 1st, 2nd, 3rd teams. I already auto sum the total.. all i want is the rank.. Thanks...

    if you only want top 3 displayed highlite row N and use conditional format and greater than 3 font to white

    does the rank change automatically ones i change the score? and I wanted only to view the top 3, the rest will be left nothing.. i think its better to get or read from the Total which is being auto sum so that it will automatically change the rank list.. someone also told me that i have to use the =IF function... but i dont know how.. i really dont have any idea..

    change the scores and it will change the rank -- try it on this
