    copying specific cells

I don't if anyone can help with this one because i am not sure if this is possible. In the attached I have a text file (alc run1) that I have manually converted to a spreadsheet(alc run2 that I have deleted any irrelent data from), but what i am trying to is get the filled lines in column N to automatically fill to the cell above (basically the rows are the same product but the top line is a case and the bottom line is an individual bottle). if you look at "alc run3" it is a manual version of what i am trying to do. I am trying to layout the spreadsheet so i can do a sort by column N then column D so that the stock we need to transfer (Trans(1)) is all together but keeping the relevant products together. i guess someone mightl say that you could do a macro to cover the whole task but this is way above my capabilities at present.

Check out column P. I only have it matching the first 3 letters of each brand, feel free to increase or decrease that to your liking.

Be sure to copy and paste values before you sort though!
