    Hypelink and VLOOKUP ? joint use

    hi
    how can we use hyperllink with vlookup() to data transfer between sheets

    i atttached the workbook file with this

    if i click on sheet1 serial number "2" on sheet2 it shows the serial no2 row.

    everytime when i click on different serial numbers the data on sheet 2 will updated according to that serial number....

    please see attached file to see my requirement......

    but that transfer the row in next empty row
    the solution i want to update the same row and only one row will be shown in sheet2 which is clicked in sheet1
    another thing it is not automatically shown the sheet2 on click and it is working on double click not on single.......

    Is the correct solution for the other thread posted in that thread? If not, say so in that thread and continue this conversation in that thread.

    If the solution offered was correct, say so in that thread and officially close that thread. That means this is thus a completely new need? If this is a completely new need, different from the other thread, this new thread would be appropriate, I suppose.

    When you don't answer and close out your old threads, we assume you don't know how to use the forum properly when we see that same question again (or what appears to be).
