Locating Multiples of 12

    Cool Locating Multiples of 12

    I have a worksheet that cycles thru months for my drivers and every 12 months the number is bolded to show the payroll lady that the driver is elidgeble for his safety bonus.

    so a row will look like
    9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 BA <billable accident> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14

    is there a way to have conditional formatting locate and bold all multiples of 12 automatically?

    Tried it and it didnt work, here is an actual shot of what the report looks like the dollar signs identify payout months. Every 12 months is a payout month if no accident occurs. Assume Jan-10 is A1.

    I suspect your $ values are strings and not a formatted number.

    Either get rid of the $ sign and use

    Format values where this formula is true:=
    =AND(A2<>"",MOD(A2,12)=0)

    or keep it and use

    =LEFT(A22,1)="$"
