    Inconsistent Printed Font Size

We've got a large number of documents produced over the past 6 years. We typically make a new one by editing an old one. Although the font style and size are shown to be the same, when documents are printed, some have smaller font than others. Does this ring any bells for anyone?

    Thanks,

I expect that one (or more) of the fonts doesn't exist on the PC, and Windows is substituting one that is.

Select all the cells and make them the same font -- preferably the one defined for style Normal.
