Command Submit button

Hi all

I am hoping some one out there can help me. I am quite new to Excel 2007 so i hope i am not trying to run before i walk.

I have 2 worksheets, Sheet1 is a template sheet where data is entered in different cells by using drop down menus. What my aim is is to have a command button on sheet1 that will enter the data from sheet1 on to sheet2.
