Inserting & copying lines down

HI,

I'm new to Excel macros/VB - but need to set something up that will allow me to enter the number of rows I wish to enter after each current row on a worksheet, then run down the sheet inserting the required rows, and copying the data from the 1st row down into the inserted rows until it reaches the end of the worksheet.

Is this possible, and if so how?
