Multiple formulas in selected cell without damaging previous formulas.

Is there a way to use multiple formulas(Countifs and Sumifs) for just one cell without damaging the others. In which already I have entered sumifs and countifs but with different criteria.?

I think you will need to provide a bit more information... which cells, changing in what way etc... provide some specific examples.
