Workbooks not linking...

=INDIRECT("[netnet_data.xlsx]fcic!A2")

That's an example of a link. Both workbooks are open. Nothing is linking. I made a copy of two spreadsheets that are working and repopulated the data. This has worked in the past.

Really weird as everything in that link is correct....

Without seeing the files it's difficult to understand the problem, however I would ask why you are using the INDIRECT function? Seems a little redundant as the data within the function is static.

If you remove the indirect it might help you understand why the cell isn't calculating? Just an idea though.
