If formula for calculating dates

Using dates of birth, I've used the following formula to calculate age as of today's date:

=IF(A3<1,"No date",DATEDIF(A3,TODAY(),"Y"))

What formula could be used to calculate, age on a date other than today, e.g. 12.08.2007?
