as you can see, there are a lot of products, some numbers and blank cells

What's the most easiest or hardest way but max. my time, doing:

    and goes for others products
doing Ctrl+c and Ctrl+V, consume to much time, because there are lots of products.

    Thank you.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook not pictures, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
    Hope that helps.

    Try this....Using your example:

    • Select from COD through NUMBer and down as far as you have data
    • F5...(shortcut for GoTo)
    • click: Special Cells
    ...Check: Blanks
    ...Click: OK

While the blank cells are still selected
    • Type: = ...Press the UP arrow ... Hold down CTRL and press ENTER
Now every blank cell references the cell above it.

If you want to replace the formulas with their values,
    • Select the entire COD through NUMBer range
    • Copy all of the cells and Paste Special the values over them.

Is that something you can work with?
