    Comparing Three Cells

    I would like to compare three cells and have the most frequently appearing value appear in a fourth cell, such as;
    A1=7, B1= 9, C1=7 THEN; D1 WOULD TAKE THE VALUE OF 7.
    Thank you for any help you can offer.
