Question Pivot table from several worksheets

    Hello!
Could anyone help me? I'm trying to consolidate data from every month into one pivot table, it is basically the name of the person and it should detect if the sale was rev or nr and make the sum, it works great when I do it for just one month but when I use the multiple consolidation ranges what I get is in the last sheet of the file I attached. I tried moving the data from Row into Column and vice versa but still can get it to show totals by year and hopefully disclose it by month too.
    help please!

Your workbook is very well designed for what you want. You don't need separate sheets for each month. You can't consolidate anything by Month or Year because the data has no dates.

I've combined all your data into one sheet & added a PivotTable

    Hope that helps.

Just answered myself.. all date fields need to have data on it to be able to use the group function. Now it is working great!
