Formula to identify correct answer by searching thru other columns

Hi,

Column A Column B Column C
501-2000 35 7000
2001-5000 45 6000
5001-7000 60 1999
7001-10000 70 7003

I would like Excel to look in Column C and find the number in Column A and return the answer that is in Column B.

For Example Look at Column C (7000) and find (7000 in the range of Column A) which is answer 60 in Column B.

Could someone guide me to the correct formula?
