    Comparing cells

I have two columns with data A and C. A has 333 cells and C has 2181 cells.
I want to know if any of the cells in column A match column C so that i can get rid of them from column A

    Re: Comparing cells

    Try in a new column:

    =Isnumber(Match(A1,C:C,0)) copied down

TRUE means match found in column C.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
