simple question with tabs

I am trying to create weekly production sheets using tabs. I am simply copying and pasting the data into the new tab and making the updates. I am trying to create a cumlative total as well but cannot figure out how to pull data from the previous tab. When I copy/paste, that formula does not 'jump forward' so to speak.

I've seen this done but can't remember how it worked. Thanks in advace.

Not sure if I missed a point but if your new sheet is using a "SUM" function just add the previous total reference to the end ie-

Just change "Sheet1" to the relevant sheet name
