    Automatic format of zero non-display

Please help! Can I automatically format all files to not show zero instead of going to the "option/advance" every time I open a file?

    Thank you

have you used macros before? You could run a macro everytime you open a sheet, so you would only have to press something like Ctrl+Shift+W and your worksheet would be formatted ANY way you want. Click record macro, then assign a shortcut key... then go to options/advance and do whatever formatting necessary, then stop recording.

Thank you for your response. I tested it once but it did not go to the other worksheet :-( I will try again.
