Send an email at pop up message

Hi, i have a macro that opens a pop up message to alert me when an SOP is due to be reviewed, what i would like it to do is also send an email as well as having the pop up message. I would like the email to send the same text as the message pop up. Pretty new to VBA so any help at all would be appreciated.

Hi, just to update i have managed to get it to send an email after the pop up msg but i am getting the outlook security alert message first before the email will send. Is there a simple way to stop that.

Solved.

Found a way to work around it using Express Clickyes. The macro opens then closes clickyes so its not always running. Was fairly simple in the end if you don't mind downloading the program.
