date functions:specific text.

I have a date in cell b1, I need cell b4 to look at b1 and if it is over 15 days put in specific text. I also need it to go out 21 days and put in different text and same for 7 days. I used this for 15 days.=IF(E3>=TODAY()-15,"","Submitted 15+ Days"). My problem is no matter what I try I can not get any other days to work. Any help would be greatly appr. Thanks

Thank you for the response, it worked. I have not been on for awhile and forgot to post. Thank you again it worked for what I needed.
