    [SOLVED] Max value

    Hello,

I'm trying do some formula in excel but nothing is working for me.
Will be very appreciate for any advice.

I managed get the biggest qty for the product but not the Location

I'm having to tabs with information, one is called data and another summary.

    Data table is looking like

    Product Location Country Qty
    123 Manchester UK 3
    123 London UK 4
    123 Liverpol UK 6
    123 Oxford UK 1

Summary tab include all products and it should also include the city with the biggest qty

    Thanks you

    Re: Max value

    Cell C2: =INDEX(data!$B$2:$B$12,MATCH($A2&$B2,data!$A$2:$A$12&data!$C$2:$C$12,0))

    or better:

    =IFERROR(INDEX(data!$B$2:$B$12,MATCH($A2&$B2,data!$A$2:$A$12&data!$C$2:$C$12,0)),"")

confirmed with Ctrl-Shift-Enter rather than just Enter ... and drag down.

    Regards
