I am reasonably new to excel (using 2003) and any help would be appreciated. I am trying to make a yearly calendar that displays a specific Crews rotational schedule (crew 1 thru 5) I would like to be able to enter certain variables (year, crew, schedule start date, outage starts and durations). I am sure there must already be something similar out there that I can modify to my specifics but have not been able to find anything as yet.
I already have a rotating calendar on the first worksheet and have the variables on the second, All I want to do is color the calendar in according to the appropriate crew rotation, is this possible without resorting to VBA?
