Copying figures into the cell below?

    Morning,

I have a row of text and values and I would like to copy it into a couple of blank rows below. The problem I'm finding is if I highlight these and then drag down from the bottom right corner of the highlighted cells, it automatically increases the numerical values by one.

Is there anyway to drag the values from rows below without it numerically increasing. Copying and pasting is a pain due to the number of rows I'm having to use.

    Thanks

Try right click and drag. After dragging select copy.
