Increasing a percentage on values

Here is the problem:

Increase the "cost of goods" by 12 percent for each month to account for the added goods needed to make brownies.

My Question:

Is there a formula I can create using "absolute reference" to show the increment in all columns?

So far I see that you have added the cost of good manually. Is this what you want to automate and is it based on the number of cookies made or just a standard figure. Could you tell us how you imagine the formula would like in words.'

I did indeed but would like to learn the formula if any... I want Excel to take the cost of goods value of each month and increment those values by 12 percent.

Theoretically you would put this in C21 and drag to the right:

but the results are different from what you have in the other months so I am wondering how you came up with these figures.

This is a "forecasting sales" homework I'm doing. It consists in different steps from a through q. This particular question is "d." Since I am doing it step by step I am assuming the numbers in the spreadsheet I sent you are wrong so we can go back and fix the errors. I will keep going and get back to you if needed.
