Unhappy Find and rank Top 7 value in range C10:G25

I have a table in the range C10:G25
I need to find the largest value of 7 (Top 7) and sort them (rank)
    Some values are duplicated.

Can this problem be solved with formula?

How to count all the duplicates in the range C10:G25 and assign them an increasing value (please see Sheet2)

Without helper columns you can use this formula in J9 copied down

    =LARGE(C$10:G$25,I9)

    and then in K9

    =INDEX(C$9:G$9,SMALL(IF(C$10:G$25=J9,COLUMN(C$10:G$25)-COLUMN(C$10)+1),COUNTIF(J$9:J9,J9)))

confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and copied down

That's it. Both solutions are OK.

How to increase the duplicate values in an Excel table
    Please see attach Sheet2
