Finding Combinations of a Three digit Number

How in the heck could I find and count the number of times any combination of a particular number appear in a worksheet? For example, 123 has six different combinations. I'd like to find them and get a count regardless of how that combination exists. Whether if it is 123, 213, 312, etc. I want to be able to search a worksheet and give me the result of 3 (based on the 3 times listed)

try this macro - it won't find numbers begining with 0 though (so entering '120' will find 102, 120, 201, 210 but not 012 or 021)
