Arrow Pasting to a new cell - add one

I am trying to make an Employee Evaluation form that will automatically fill in from the list I type in a seperate worksheet. Is there a way to format a cell so that it will advance to the next name on the list. I have the employees names and information on one workbook, and then the evaluations (50 of them) on a second worksheet. I am trying to add a formula to the evaluations so that I don't have to go to every cell and add the new reference for the next person on the list. So, if the Persons name is in A1 on the 1st worksheet, I would like to have a formula in the second workbook advance to the second name on the list. Clear as mud, I know, but maybe someone knows what I might be getting at.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi DGutterud,

I believe it would be a simple linking on the second workbook - manually or through VBA.
To test this, copy column A of the 1st worksheet and paste special - paste link on the column A of 2nd workbook. Now both the sheets / columns are linked and you just need to refresh the 2nd workbook - may be refresh on open will work.

Let me know if I am thinking on the right track.
