Is it possible to do a rota on excel that updates its self to let me know what carers are available and times? For example I have carer a and b. I have a new client is it possible to put new clients chosen hrs times in and then it will let me know if carer a or b have a slot. I have alot of carers and clients and a boss that does not want to pay for a care management programme. I need help before I go mad. i am very new to this but I am more than happy to learn.
