    formula

    hi folks,

im trying to compile a formula to apply a percentage increase to a table of rates , the cost data is held on a hidden sheet with the data having the % increase applied on the previous sheet.

i am looking at two tier of increases either a % to a set range if a % is entered in a cell, if the cell is blank the % increase would be as per a global increase set in another cell

    can anyone help pls

    Thanks
