Data from one sheet to another

Hello, Good Morning and Happy Friday,

I need a reminder on how to transfer specific data from spreadsheet into another for import. The one spreadsheet has a lot of data I don't need, and I would like to simply set up the file so that it automatically just pulls what I need. I have attached a file that illustrates the data I actually need (named Correct Format) and a file of the data I receive from the download (Download 2 is the sheet). I recall there being an easy way to do this, but it escapes me. Thanks for any help.

I guess you have got your files mixed up. Where does download(1) appear in this question?

Also, in the file titled Correct Format, you have a tab download(2). So i guess this is the raw file, so what does it need to be converted to?
