Formatting that creates an erroneous sum - How do I fix it?

add a2 (600000) to a3 (1500000) to place value in c3 (2100000). static value 1400000 in b4. Now in b7(28.57%) formula a2/c3. formatted as a percent with 2 decimals. Lastly and my problem. When I attempt to multiply b4*b7; formula in b9. it calculates wrong. answer should be 399980 and instead it gives me 400000

I can't figure out how to fix this.

    600,000
    1,500,000 2,100,000

    1,400,000

    28.57%

    400,000

    I think you meant a2/c2

Insert in b7 & format as number to 2 decimals.

    =ROUND(A2/C2%,2)

Insert in B9 and format as number 0 decimals

    =B4*B7%
