Adding new year to data capture sheet

    Hi,
I have attached the following query file.
This is part of a much larger file and i have written some simple macros in it but i have one last issue to solve.

the issue is i need to be able to add kwh and £ data in the meters tab for this year (e.g. 2010) but then when it comes to next year i need to be able to write a macro that inserts a new row of meters for the new year (e.g 2011) whilst retaining all of the old data and shifting it down the page. I also need the overview sheet to be able to show the amounts of cost etc for the last 5 years (2005-2010) but change this period when i add a year (it would then become 2006-2011)
To try and solve this i have hidden a blank set of meters on the meters sheet (rows 4-27) with the idea the macro would copy these rows, then paste them in as the new year each time a new year was added with the historical data just being shifted down the sheet.

any help on how i can do this and the macro i would need to write would be hugely appreciated.

    sorry it's probably really easy...
