    highlight cell whose adjacent cell value is lesser

    highlight the cell whose adjacent cell value is lesser
    for ex- **c in column A & **b in column B
    highlight **c
    any formula ? then please let me know

    Go to format > conditional formatting then choose when cell A > B highlight C.

    but its working on particular cell only when i drop down menu it will not work
    some modification require
