Sorting vertical while keeping everything intact horizontally?

    Ineedsorting.xlsm
Ive tried some sorting macros and its possible I just dont know what im doing but I cant seem to get any to work properly. I would like to be able to sort by rows C,D,E,F,K and L when you click on the corresponding sort option (not yet entered) in C16,D16,E16 etc.... Ive read through articles and I know this is gonna sound odd but talk to me like ive been fumbling through excel by myself for a week because thats what ive been doing. I do appreciate all help.

or if I could just draft K17-K316 it would make my day sorry for the selfless bump but I have less than 2 days to try and fix this. If someone wanted to DL and take a look I would really appreciate a solution for sorting K
