I am trying to set up a spread sheet to be used by elderly and inexperienced computer users recording blood pressure readings. I want to insert a fixed date and time stamp automatically every time a reading is entered, using +if(isblank(cell ref,"",????????). Using "ctrl;" and "ctrl-shift;"is not an option and I can't find a way of stopping Now() or Today() from updating. Can anyone help?
