    how to Separate with comma in one cell

    like this

    Apple-5,
    banana-2,
    Mango-12,
    watermelon-1,
    papaya-4,
    Grapes-12,

    in one cell..

    Select the cells, hit CTRL+G

    Replace comma with comma and (holding the ALT key, enter 010 using Number Keypad on the right of keyboard).

    From NBVC's suggestion, you open the REPLACE function with CTRL-H, not Ctrl-G.
