How to link a website with an excel

Hello everyone,

On a daily basis, i work on updating an excel with data from a website. Is there any way in which i can connect the two? if so, can someone explain how i can do this?

Data tab => Get External Data Panel => click "From Web"; navigate to website & select table of data.
