I am new to this forum. I am trying to do a spreadsheet for my farm. A brief description of the setup. I have farm which is divided into 34 plots consisting of 3 crops (Coffee, Pepper and Cardamom). I have 50 daily wage employees. Each morning we have a muster where the attendance is marked and the employees are grouped and assigned to various plots for doing tasks such as weeding, fertiliser application, irrigation, crop collection ( 8 different types works per crop). I would like to get a report on a monthly basis
1.) Wages to be paid at the end of the month
2.) How much I spent on each job in a month
3. How much I spent in a plot per month so i can determine the productivity of a particular plot
I input whether the worker was present which task was assigned to him/her and which plot he/she was sent to.
How should I setup my worksheet so that I can get the above outputs.
Any help to get me started will be greatly appreciated
