How to make a countdown timer on Excel?

I play this game were killing bosses is a major part of the game, and some of the bosses have extremely long re spawn times and it can be a problem having to memorize when they will respawn next. So, my question is can Excel make a countdown timer that repeats automatically each time it reaches 0? Like, lets say it countdowns from 30:00 minutes, and when it reaches 0 it waits a few seconds then resets automatically back to 30:00 minutes.

If someone can help me in making this, I would love you, but if not can someone guide me to a place were I can get some help on it?

Somewhat, but I need a few more timers. Also, how do I start the timer and is it possible to name each timer as well?
