Vlookup???

    Vlookup???

    Evening,

    I have been using vertical lookup to change grades into point scores. However I now to change things slightly, it is best understood via the attached spread sheet.

    I want B2 to show the point value of A2, however the lookup isn't working.

    Any ideas would be greatfully received.

    You have the Range Lookup of the VLOOKUP function set to TRUE, which only returns an approximate value. Change to:
