    Not solved - &TEXT()

    Ive used the &TEXT formula before to combine written text with the current date (etc) before but what I would like to do is use an if formula to get a particular phrase to populate in the middle of written text and have it be a different font size and be bold. For example it would be something like "Congratulations to El Paso for being the top sales office!!" Where in, El Paso would be the product of the IF formula and I could use it as the value in the TEXT formula but (a) I dont know if thats possible and (b) I dont have the foggiest on how to build the format_text portion of the formula to get El Paso to be a bigger font and bold...

    Make sense??

    (a) ="Congratulations to " & IF(A1>B1, "El Paso", "Fargo") & " for being the top sales office!!"

    (b) Not possible
    Entia non sunt multiplicanda sine necessitate
